Klassisches und zugleich modernes Landwohnen
Es entanden bis Frühjahr 2021 insgesamt zehn Doppelhaushälften und drei Reihenhäuser. Alle Grundstücke sind real geteilt, alle Häuser bekamen schöne Gärten. Das Baugebiet wurde in Abstimmung mit der Gemeinde entworfen und ist gestalterisch eingebunden in die gewachsene Bauweise des romantischen Isarwinkels. Umgeben von den Nachbarn Kloster Benediktbeuern und dem denkmalgeschützten Bahnhof Benediktbeuern wurde bei der Konzeption streng auf ein lagestimmiges Material- und Farbkonzept geachtet. Holzfenster, wohngesunder Ziegel, ortsübliche Giebelverkleidungen aus Holz, Fensterläden im traditionellen Isartaler Lindgrün. Alles gepaart mit hochwertigen, modernen und sehr hellen Grundrissen im Inneren der Häuser.

Die Erschließung des gesamten Projektes wurde durch eine neue Privatstraße – die als Spielstraße ausgelegt wurde – gewährleistet. Alle Doppelhaushälften wurden jeweils mit einer Garage und einem Carport gebaut, die drei Reihenhäuser mit jeweils einer Garage und einem Stellplatz. Komfortabel, hell, natürlich, schick.

So findet heute ländliches Leben auf hohem Niveau nicht nur im schönen Benediktbeuern statt.
